Chef Freddy's Rhubarb Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 c. Rhubarb [diced "]
  • 1 pkt Strawberry gelatin mix
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 pkt White cake mix
  • 3 c. Mini-marshmallows

Directions

  1. 1) Put the rhubarb in the bottom of 9" x 11" glass cake/baking pan...
  2. 2. Mix the gelatin and the sugar, pour over the rhubarb, cover with the marshmallows, then pour the cake mix on top of everything...
  3. 3. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 to 50 minutes... cold to room temperature and then chill `til ready to serve, garnish as desired... cf
