Cheesy Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frzn hash browns
  • 1 lb Velveeta
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in 13 x 9 baking dish. Break Velveeta into small pcs and put on top of potatoes. Stir together soups and lowfat sour cream in small saucepan over low heat just till mixed and hot. Stir into potatoes and mix together well. Cover and bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
