Cheesy Mushroom And Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Velveeta, cut into cubes
  • 2 pkt Frzn minced broccoli
  • 2 can (medium) mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 c. Crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 stk butter

Directions

  1. Place broccoli in boiling water till it breaks up and turns bright green.
  2. Drain well and place in a baking dish (I use the larger corning casserole).
  3. Stir in cheese cubes till melted. Mix crackers and butter and sprinkle over top. Bake in 350 degree oven till topping is browned slightly.
