Ingredients
- 2 ounce Grated hard cheese
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Vinegar
- 1 clv garlic
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Sweet basil
Directions
- Food Processor Directions: Insert plastic disc in food processor. Combine all ingredients in container and process till well mixed.
- Blender Directions: In blender goblet combine all ingredients. Blend on low speed till dressing is well mixed. Serve on tossed green or possibly mixed vegetable salads.
