Ingredients

1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. Vinegar
1 clv garlic
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Oregano

Directions

Food Processor Directions: Insert plastic disc in food processor. Combine all ingredients in container and process till well mixed.
Blender Directions: In blender goblet combine all ingredients. Blend on low speed till dressing is well mixed. Serve on tossed green or possibly mixed vegetable salads.
