Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°. To prepare cauliflower, remove the green leaves from the bottom of the head. Trim the base of the core so that the head will stand upright.
  2. Place the whole head of cauliflower into a steamer basket, cover and steam for 10 minutes; making sure it doesn’t get mushy.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, curry powder and cheese in a medium bowl.
  4. Place the cauliflower in an ovenproof dish and carefully spread the cheese mixture over the top and sides. You can sprinkle the top with a pinch of salt and paprika if desired.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and melted. Broil slightly at the last minute if necessary to get additional light brown color on top.
