Ingredients
- 12 ounce egg noodles
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 1 tsp dry onions
- 1 can tuna in water 12 oz can
- 1 can mushroom pcs liquid removed
- 1 pkt broccoli, frzn 16 ounce., thawed pimiento optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 . Meanwhile in a 3 qt saucepan, cook noodles in boiling water for 20 min. In a small bowl, blend soup and lowfat milk into a smooth sauce. Add in onions and mushrooms. Drain noodles. Layer 1 - 1/2 c. noodles, 1/3 c. tuna, and 1 c. broccoli in a 2 qt casserole dish. Pour in 1 c. of sauce. Repeat layers and garnish top of casserole with pimiento if you like. Bake for 20 min.
