Ingredients
- 3 x Bagels, split and toasted
- 1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
- 1/3 c. Mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 2 x Green onions (with tops), minced
Directions
- Spread bagels with mustard. Mix remaining ingredients; spread to edges of bagels.
- Set oven control to broil and/or possibly 550F. Broil bagels with tops about 5 inches from heat till topping is bubbly, about 1 minute. Cut each bagel into 6 pcs. 36 appetizers; 30 calories per appetizer.
