Ingredients
- 2 x 8oz pkgs cream cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 24 x Vanilla wafers
- 1 can Cherry pie filling
Directions
- Beat together cream cheese, vanilla, Large eggs, and sugar. Line muffin tin with cupcake papers. Place 1 vanilla wafer, round side up, in each paper-lined c.. Fill each c. 2/3 full with cream cheese mix. Bake at 350 for 15 min, remove from oven and cold. Spoon filling on top of cheesecakes when fully cooled.
