  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 2 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/3 c. Catsup
  • 1 tsp Onion pwdr, (up to 2)
  • 2 c. (8 ounce.) elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 3/4 lb (12 ounce.) VELVEETA Process Cheese Spread, cut up

Directions

  1. BROWN meat in large skillet; drain.
  2. STIR in water, catsup and onion pwdr. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 min or possibly till macaroni is tender.
  4. Add in Velveeta; stir till Velveeta is melted.
  5. Prep time: 10 min.
  6. Cooking Time: 15 min.
