Ingredients
- 3 c. beef broth
- 1 c. cheese tortellini frzn
- 1 c. frzn peas
- 2 Tbsp. sun-dry tomatoes minced
- 3/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp oregano
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the broth, tortellini, peas, tomatoes, basil and oregano. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Simmer for 5 to 6 min or possibly till the tortellini are tender.
