  • 1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
  • 2 (4 ounce) pkg. Kraft shredded cheddar cheese or possibly 1/2 pound cheddar, shredded
  • 1 (8 ounce) container lowfat sour cream
  • 2 T minced green chives">onion tops or possibly chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or possibly to taste)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill till ready to use.Note: Delicious on baked potatoes, cooked carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, and other favorites.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
