Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
- Heat butter in a saucepan. Add in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stirring lowfat milk. Simmer 2 to 3 min, or possibly till thickened. Add in cheese, stirring to heat. Blend thoroughly.
