Directions

  1. Stir baking mix and water to a soft dough. Shape dough into a ball and knead lightly 5 times on a floured board. Roll into a rectangle 12 x 7 inches. Sprinkle with cheese, roll up tightly beginning at long side. Cut into slices and place on top of hot chicken. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till dough is golden.
