Ingredients

  • 2 lb American cheese
  • 3 dsh Worcestershire
  • 3 dsh Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. Sherry
  • 1 pt Hot water

Directions

  1. Dice & heat cheese in hot water. Add in Worcestershire sauce & Tabasco; then add in mustard. Just before serving, add in sherry. Use diced bite-size pcs of French bread, Fritos or possibly chips.
