Ingredients
- 16 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 18 Nabisco vanilla wafers
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients till smooth. Put 1 wafer in bottom of 18 cupcake liners. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Cool 5 min. Top with canned pie filling. Bake 5 min longer. Cool. Chill.
