A few years ago I stumbled across one of the most awesome sites out there – Cheese & Burger Society. It is a collection of the most beautiful hamburgers I have ever seen. Mr. Hungry Harp and I drooled all over the keyboard as we flipped from hamburger to hamburger. (The site is set up like a rolodex, so you can “flip” through the selection of burgers.) We talked about making some of them, but it never materialized into anything.
Then the other day, as I was making our weekly menu, Cheese & Burger Society crossed my mind. I decided to make one of their delicious looking creations, but didn’t know which one. How about all of them? Yes! Of course, I couldn’t make them all at the same time – that would be way more extreme than anything…

%20We%20talked%20about%20making%20some%20of%20them,%20but%20it%20never%20materialized%20into%20anything.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20the%20other%20day,%20as%20I%20was%20making%20our%20weekly%20menu,%20Cheese%20&%20Burger%20Society%20crossed%20my%20mind.%20I%20decided%20to%20make%20one%20of%20their%20delicious%20looking%20creations,%20but%20didn%E2%80%99t%20know%20which%20one.%20How%20about%20all%20of%20them?%20Yes!%20Of%20course,%20I%20couldn%E2%80%99t%20make%20them%20all%20at%20the%20same%20time%20%E2%80%93%20that%20would%20be%20way%20more%20extreme%20than%20anything%20I%20would%20want%20to%20deal%20with%E2%80%A6%20haha.%20But%20how%20do%20you%20pick%20only%20one%20when%20there%20are%2030%20choices?%20Well%E2%80%A6%20I%20decided%20to%20start%20a%20little%20challenge%20for%20ourselves,%20start%20at%20%231%20and%20slowly%20work%20our%20way%20through%20them%20all!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%231%20on%20the%20list%20is%20the%20Casanova.%20I%20did%20a%20little%20research%20on%20the%20actual%20man%20named%20Casanova%20and%20let%20me%20tell%20you,%20the%20things%20he%20did%20have%20no%20place%20on%20a%20food%20blog.%20The%20man%20was%20a%20freak.%20Let%E2%80%99s%20just%20stick%20to%20talking%20about%20the%20hamburger%20here%E2%80%A6%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20Casanova%20(burger)%20is%20built%20on%20a%20potato%20roll%20%E2%80%93%20it%20starts%20with%20mayonnaise,%20sliced%20ham,%201/2lb%20burger%20patty,%20swiss%20cheese,%20saut%C3%A9ed%20mushrooms%20and%20ends%20with%20Dijon%20mustard.%20I%20am%20pretty%20sure%20it%20was%20the%20biggest%20burger%20I%20have%20ever%20made.%20Mr.%20Hungry%20Harp%20said%20it%20was%20awesome%20and%20he%20loves%20when%20meat%20from%20an%20animal%20besides%20a%20cow%20is%20put%20on%20his%20hamburger.%20(A%20bit%20morbid,%20I%20know%E2%80%A6)%20I%20thought%20it%20was%20pretty%20good%20%E2%80%93%20not%20spectacular,%20because%20I%20am%20not%20a%20huge%20fan%20of%20Dijon%20mustard.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20next%20burger,%20%232,%20for%20us%20to%20try%20is%20the%20Rhinelander.%20Rhinelander%20is%20a%20city%20in%20Wisconsin%20%E2%80%93%20which%20is%20a%20little%20less%20risqu%C3%A9%20than%20Casanova.%20Can%E2%80%99t%20wait%20to%20share%20it%20with%20you!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
