  • 3 x (8 ounce) pkgs cream cheese softened
  • 1 x (7 ounce) jar oil-packed dry Tomatoes, liquid removed
  • 1 x Clove garli
  • 2 tsp Dry basil
  • 1/2 c. Coarsely minced pine nuts Or possibly almonds, toasted

Directions

  1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add in first 4 ingredients.
  2. Process till smooth. Cover and refrigerateat least 3 hrs. Shape 1/2 c. mix into a boil; roll in toasted pine nuts or possibly almonds, pressing gently to make nuts adhere. Repeat procedure with remaining mix and nuts.
  3. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap. Chill.
