Ingredients
- 22 x Cm, (8inch) pizza base or possibly ready prepared base or possibly 200g (8oz) Pizza Base Mix
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato puree
- 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh herbs of your choice, eg basil, parsley, or possibly thyme
- 3 x Ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Capers, liquid removed
- 1/2 x Green pepper, de-seeded and sliced finely
- 50 gm Mozzarella cheese, sliced thinly (2oz)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 C/400 F/Gas Mark 6.
- Place the pizza base on a lightly oiled baking sheet. If using a Pizza Base Mix make up as per the instructions on the packet.
- Mix the tomato puree, garlic and herbs of your choice together and spread over the pizza base.
- Arrange the remaining ingredients attractively on top of the pizza and bake for 15 min.
