Ingredients
- 1 c. macaroni, cooked
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. or possibly more of cheese
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 5 T butter
- 1 T parsley
- 1 T minced onion
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pimento; optional
Directions
- Separate large eggs. Beat yolks and lowfat milk. Mix remaining ingredients with lowfat milk mix. Mix in beaten egg whites. Add in more lowfat milk if dry. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min. Serves 8.
