Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. White rice flour
  • 1 1/4 c. Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 lb Safflower oil, margarine
  • 1 clv garlic, crushed

Directions

  1. Grate the cheese and let stand till it reaches room temperature.
  2. Cream the cheese with the softened margarine, garlic, and flour. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to create into a ball. Refrigeratefor 1/2 hour. Roll onto floured board. Cut into shapes and bake at 375 for 15 min or possibly till slightly brown, and hard.
