Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cottage cheese (scant lb.)
  • 3 x Egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  •     Lemon flavoring

Directions

  1. Put cheese thru sieve and add in rest of ingredients and blend well. Prepare dough for Nut & Poppyseed Rolls (#164). Cut dough into squares and press into bottoms of cupcake tins. Fill each cake with a little cheese and fold over corners of dough toward the center of the cake Bake at 350 F. till brown.
