Whisk cornmeal, flour, baking pwdr & soda, salt in bowl, add in cheddar & jalapeno & toss well -In another bowl, whisk together Large eggs, buttermilk, & butter ,add in egg mix to cornmeal & stir just till combined -Spread in greased 8" square baking pan, bake at 350 for 25-30 mins, let cold 5 min
