Ingredients
- 1 - 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded parmesan
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 TBSP jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 1/2 cup plus 2 TBSP plain unsweetened yogurt
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into a 8 x 8 pan
- Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes
- Serve with bread cubes.
