Ingredients

2 x sugar cubes Angostura bitters

8 ounce Champagne, chilled

Directions

Place 1 sugar cube in each of 2 flute (Champagne) glasses. Add in 1 to 2 drops bitters to each sugar cube. Pour half the Champagne into each glass. Serve immediately.
