This Champagne Celebration Cocktail is so fast to make and is a perfect way to class up a summer holiday party or whip together when someone stops by.

You don't need a $100 bottle of bubbly to make this taste great. I stock up on several bottles and varieties of Andre champagne and always keep at least one in the refrigerator, because you never know when someone will stop by.

Directions

  1. Wash the blueberries and strawberries, and pat dry.
  2. Starting at the top, slice the strawberry in half. At the bottom of each half put a tiny little slit in it and place on the edge of the champagne glass.
  3. Put one on each glass.
  4. Fill each champagne glass with at least four blueberries. Cut another strawberry into four pieces.
  5. Place one quarter on top of the blueberries. Add more or less, depending on your preference of either fruit.
  6. Then fill with champagne.
