  • 4 tane patlican
  • 1 kase ceviz ,3 kasik mayonez
  • 1 cay kasigi kisnis
  • 3 dis sarmisak
  • 1 yemek kasigi sirke
  • Maydanoz ,5 kasik su

Directions

  1. Patlican ince uzun kesilir uzerine sivi yag surulur izgarada her iki tarafi pisirilir sogutulur.
  2. Ceviz ve sarmisaklar ince ezilir.Icine kisnis,tuz,sirke,maydanoz .mayonez,su ve 2 kasik sivi yag eklenir karistirilir
  3. .Patlicanin bir ucuna bol ceviz konur rulo sarilir maydanoz serpilmis servis tabagina dizilir uzerine arzuya gore az siviyag icinde karistirilmis ezilmis sarmisak gezdirilir.
