Directions

  1. Cut carrots, celery, squash, and zucchini into 1/2 x 2-inch pcs. Break broccoli and cauliflower into small pcs. Heat oil till almost smoking.
  2. Add in vegetables; stir to coat with oil. Add in garlic, salt, peppers, basil and oregano. Simmer 1 minute. Add in wine and simmer 2 min or possibly u;ntil vegetables are cooked al dente. Add in parsley and squeeze in juice of lemon and serve immediately.
