Directions

A twist on the traditional Middle Eastern dish, this Cauliflower Tabbouleh with Chickpeas is made with cauliflower rice rather than bulgur plus a few extra Tabbouleh is traditionally made of tomatoes, bulgur, onion and lots of chopped parsley. I make a big bowl of this  so I can enjoy it for lunch during the week.
