Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly spray a medium size shallow baking dish with vegetable spray.
  2. 2. Rinse chicken and pat dry. In a shallow pan, combine bread crumbs, onion pwdr, garlic pwdr, cayenne pepper and ginger.
  3. 3. Dip chicken in yogurt, then into crumb mix. Place in prepared dish.
  4. Bake uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes, or possibly till tender.
  5. Points Made 03/22/98 - Added 1 Tbsp dry parsley for colour and 1/2 tsp blackening spice for kick. Served with asparagus and wild rice
