Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 c. Coconut flakes
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 6 x Egg whites
  • 1 tsp Almond extract
  • 1 c. Almonds, minced

Directions

  1. Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and extract.
  2. Stir in almonds. Mix well. Drop by tsp. onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 min.
