Ingredients
- 2Â 2/3 c. Coconut flakes
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 6 x Egg whites
- 1 tsp Almond extract
- 1 c. Almonds, minced
Directions
- Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and extract.
- Stir in almonds. Mix well. Drop by tsp. onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 min.
