Directions

  1. 1. Place fruit in food processor or possibly blender. Process till smooth.
  2. 2. Press pureed fruit through a sieve into a bowl. Throw away seeds left in sieve.
  3. 3. Stir creme de cassis into sauce. Add in sugar to taste, stirring till dissolved.
  4. Makes 3/4 to 1 c..
