This is a very easy cake to make has a nice sweet flavor (hint) it does need to be very cool before trying to cut and remove it from pan or it will stick to the bottem and crumble when you try to remove it to soon it is also nice and moist it is a great hit at my house hope you will give it a try

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons canola oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups grated carrots

Directions

  1. combine flour,sugar,nuts baking soda salt and cinnamon in a large bowl stir well with a wisk in a separate bowl combine oil eggs and carrots stir well then pour this mixture into the dry mixture spray a 13x9 inch baking dish pour your mixture into pan bake at 350 degree
  2. oven for 35 min or until wooden tooth pick comes out clean mine was done at 35min cool compleately before removing from pan
