  1. Add eggs to sugar one at a time. combine flour and cinnamon. mix. add flour and oil beginning and ending with flour. fold in carrots and nuts . mix. put in a greased & floured pan. Bundt or square pan wich ever you prefer. Bake at 350 * for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.Let cool.
  2. Use cream cheese frosting or make homemade cream cheese frosting to frost it with. and lay walnuts on top and eat and ENJOY !!!
