Ingredients

  • 3 c. shredded carrot
  • 1/2 c. Low-Calorie Cooked Dressing (see recipe)
  • 1/3 c. seedless raisins
  • 1/4 tsp salt Sugar substitute equal to 6 tspns sugar Lettuce leaves as needed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, thoroughly. Cover bowl. Refrigerate2 hrs or possibly longer before serving. Serve on crisp lettuce.
  2. This recipe yields 9 servings.
  3. Serving size: 1/3 c. lightly packed (1/9 recipe).
  4. Note: Low-sodium diets: Omit salt and prepare the Low-Calorie Cooked Dressing without salt.
