Ingredients
- 1/2 x Chili pepper - habanero, seeded and minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 4 x Scallion, chopped
- 1/2 c. Carrot, chopped
- 1 lrg Tomato, seeded and minced
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 pch Salt
Directions
- Combine and chop together all ingredients, salsa texture should be coarse. If using a processor, process chili and garlic, then add in other ingredients and mix together briefly. Don't over process.
- Makes 1 1/2 c..
- NOTE: Use a whole habanero if you love it fiery warm. Other less incendiary chiles can be substituted.
