Ingredients

  • 2 lb shrimp (raw, shelled and 1 deveined, or possibly thawed frzn)
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. minced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced small green onions
  • 1/2 c. minced celery hearts
  • 2 c. corn scraped from cob, or possibly 2
  • 1 c. canned cream style corn
  • 1 dsh tabasco sauce or possibly bermuda
  • 1 x pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 x salt
  • 1 x pepper
  • 1 x unsalted crackers
  • 1 x cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Line a well-buttered shallow casserole with crackers. Beat the Large eggs with the lowfat milk and add in the shrimp and vegetables. Add in seasoning and rectify to taste. Pour into the casserole and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake one hour at 350F.
