Ingredients

Directions

  1. Carob is used as a substitute for chocolate.
  2. Preheat oven to 175C (350F).
  3. Grease 20cm (8") cake tin.
  4. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl.
  5. Add in mashed potato, beat well.
  6. Gradually beat in Large eggs.
  7. Sift flours, baking pwdr and carob together.
  8. Mix in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk, blend well.
  9. Pour into prepared tin and bake for 40 - 50 min.
