Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 x -3 lb raw jerky meat
  • 2 tsp Grnd oregano
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Vinegar Directions:
  • 2 lrg Onions,finely minced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp Course black pepper
  • 1 tsp Liquid Smoke

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients to make marinade and soak meat in marinade 24 hrs.
  2. Remove meat from marinade and place in oven or possibly smoker for from 7-8 hrs at about 150- 200 degrees. It's done when meat has turned brown, feels hard and is dry to the touch.
