- 10 ounce Package Vitners Corn Pops
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Corn syrup, clear
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Heat butter, corn syrup and sugar in 2 qt saucepan on low to medium heat. Stir constantly. Bring to boil, boil for two min. Remove from heat. Add in soda and vanilla. Syrup will foam.
- Pour syrup over corn pops in LARGE bowl. Mix well to coat. Pour on to Large cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 25 min. Stir every 10 min.
- Pour onto waxed paper and break up before cools.
