Ingredients
- 1 x ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 x ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 x ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 sm red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 c. minced fresh cilantro
- Â Â Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. dark rum
- Â Â Healthy pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 x fresh chilies or possibly Scotch bonnet peppers, chopped

- Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Allow the salsa to sit at room temperature for 30 min before serving.
