  • 1 c. instant white rice

Directions

  3. Chop green onion and green pepper into small pcs.
  4. Top each fish fillet with ingredients in this order:

  6. Fold each foil square around the fish to create a packet. Place on lined cookie sheet (in case juices leak from packet) and bake at 450 for 25 min. While baking prepare two servings of instant white rice. Serve fish over rice and transfer all juices onto the plate.
  7. Very juicy, tender and delicious - the only fat is the 4.5 g per serving for the 1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil for each fish, and minimal from the fish itself.
