Caramelized Onion Mayonnaise Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. Caramelized Onions (see recipe), minced 1 x garlic clove - (to 2) chopped

1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

Directions

1. Stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerateat least 30 min. Serve with fish, steamed shrimp, or possibly as a sandwich spread.
