Caramel Crunch Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 9 x Inch unbaked pie crust
  • 28 x Caramels
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1/3 c. Butter
  • 4 c. Apple slices -- peeled
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts -- minced

Directions

  1. Heat caramels with water over low heat, stirring frequently till smooth.
  2. Layer apples and caramel sauce into pie crust. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cimmamon; cut in butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 F for 40 to 45 min or possibly till apples are tender.
