Caprese Salad. Kathy's twist Recipe
This is a wonderful variation to the traditional caprese salad.

Directions
- Put the corn in boiling water until it is par boiled, then cut the kernels off the cob.
- Cut the grape tomatoes in half
- finely chop the basil
- Combine all the ingredients toss and serve.
