Ingredients

  • 1 pound shredded Longhorn cheese
  • 1 French bread (or possibly raisin bread)
  • 1-2 c. raisins
  • 2-3 slices apples
  • 3-4 sliced bananas
  • 4 sm. panocha cones (or possibly 3-4 c. brown sugar)
  • 1 c. nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 c. onions, diced (optional)
  • Cilantro, whole or possibly 10 minced leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. Slice toast and butter bread. Layer bread, raisins, apples, bananas, nuts, cheese in large pan. Boil panocha in 1 qt water. Pour over layered pan. Cover with foil and bake at 250-300 degrees for 45 min.
