- 1/4 tsp GARLIC Pwdr
- 1/4 lb THINLY SLICED HAM *
- 1/2 lb CAPELLINI PASTA
- 1/2 tsp FRESH Grnd BLACK PEPPER
- 1/8 tsp SALT
- 1/3 c. FRESH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1/4 c. FINELY Chopped PARSLEY
Directions
- * HAM, CUT INTO FINE SHREDS, ABOUT FOUR SLICES.
- BOIL WATER IN A LARGE POT FOR THE PASTA. IN A LARGE SKILLET, HEAT THE Extra virgin olive oil OVER MEDIUM HEAT. Add in THE WALNUTS AND GARLIC Pwdr, Saute/fry FOR 3 Min. STIR IN THE HAM AND Saute/fry FOR 2 Min. KEEP Hot.
- PUT THE PASTA IN THE BOILING WATER AND COOK FOR 3 TO 5 Min. DRAIN AND POUR BACK INTO THE Warm PAN. STIR IN THE PEPPER, SALT, PARMESAN AND PARSLEY. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
