Ingredients

  • 4 c. Diced Roma Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 4 x Fluid Minced Fresh Basil, medium Use Basil Pesto During Winter - 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and chill for approximately 24 hrs. Can use immediately if you wish.
  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Capellini or possibly angel hair works bestbsp.
  3. While pasta and water are boiling add in 1 c. Tomato Basil blend to warm saute/fry pan. You may add in extra virgin olive oil and garlic first for added flavor.
  4. Saute/fry 4-5 min on medium-high heatbsp.
  5. Add in cooked pasta to the saute/fry pan, stir and transfer to serving plate.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
