Directions

  1. Divide the dough into 2 portions. Roll each out into a 10-inch x 10-inch square. In small bowl, mix together egg substitute and cheeses. Spread mix over each dough portion, leaving a two-inch border around all edges. Cut sliced Canadian bacon into 1/4-inch strips. Lay strips on top of cheese mix. Roll each portion*jelly roll-fashion*. Place seam side down on cooking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min or possibly till golden brown. Cut into slices and serve hot.
