  • Dinner One: White Wine Curry Noodles
  • Ingredients:
  • 2 large (or 4 small) chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup white wine (Sauvignon Blanc works great)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 6-8 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package (450 grams) angel hair pasta or vermicelli
